Please note that all items purchased using a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

 

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your online order, we are happy to refund full-priced items within seven days of the date it was received. All items must be in the condition they were bought in—unworn, unaltered, and unwashed, with all tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a receipt/gift receipt must accompany all returns. Discretion will be used to determine whether the item was worn or not. If deemed it is not in new condition when returned, the item will be returned to customer.

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

All orders shipped internationally are FINAL SALE and are not subject to any refund or exchange.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow for up to two weeks for your order to ship. Orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Once we have delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.

Items ship USPS priority mail for orders outside of Los Angeles. Items within Los Angeles will ship USPS ground. International shipping is available upon request, please contact us.
